When I was starting out in the theatre, there was still an aire of the stereotypical “actor” ways. Basically, like you see in old movies: “the actor’s life for me.” Today, it’s different.
So many artists are engaging in healthy eating, medication, alternative medicine, Reiki, exercise, sleeping 8 hours, vitamins, spirituality, drinking … water, eating lots of … SUSHI! This is the new “actor’s life.”
I’ve never been progressive (I still watch black & white TV for heaven’s sake!), but thanks to Mary Micari…
