M CENTER RULES
PAYMENT
Genesis and the M Center valiantly try to operate on a grassroots level. We keep our fees and prices as low as possible. Because of this, every dollar must be accounted for on a very tight schedule. When payments are late (and we do understand all the reasons why) it forces us into tense situations regarding our own bills.
All payments are expected at the time of sign-up for new students and at the LATEST the first of every month. You will be billed to your e-mail address and given an invoice the last week of the month. This gives you time to arrange payment. We take checks but also use Pay Pal which is a service which allows you to use your bank account, credit cards, debit cards and more. We can use Zelle which is a way to transfer cash from bank accounts. We also take credit cards and cash payments WE DO NOT TAKE CHECKS. You may receive an invoice through the M Center or Pay Pal (JMA&E which is the Genesis Pay Pal account) for you to keep.
LATE PAYMENT.
As of the first of every month, all payments must be completed.
All open invoices will result in a cancellation of all your lessons until payment is made.
All payments made after the first business week of the month will be subject to a $25 late fee.
IF YOU’RE UNABLE TO PAY ON-TIME, YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A LATE FEE OF $25 which must be paid with the due amount before your next lesson or class.
CLASSES AND PRIVATE LESSONS
All classes and private lessons begin promptly. Do not arrive too early. IF you arrive at a lesson past 15 minutes late you forfeit the lesson.

No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours without proper proof of absence. There are NO make-ups for classes missed but from March 1, 2015, onward all group classes will be recorded, and you can request a recording via email to hear what you missed. You are responsible to listen and catch up in class work.
No eating in the studio without permission.
No guests — family or friends — are permitted at classes or private lessons without prior permission. No small children or animals are permitted in the studio.
All scheduling and financial questions – including rescheduling missed lessons and payment plans must go through Mary Micari.
There are no make-ups unless under extreme circumstance.
PLEASE NOTE: Only private lessons receive actual credit for absence IF the studio cancels. There are no make-ups for other missed lessons unless Ms. Micari allows it. There are NO make-ups for classes. If you miss a class, you must try to contact us before the class so that we can set up a recording for you if you need one. No form of refund or carry-over is allowed for classes. It would not be fair to those who endeavor to clear their schedules on a regular basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, student or student guardian agrees to defend (including attorney’s fees), pay on behalf of, indemnify, and hold harmless The M Center and Genesis Repertory Ensemble, Inc., (hereafter known as SCHOOL ) its elected and appointed officials, employees, volunteers, and others working on behalf of SCHOOL against any and all claims, demands, suits or loss, including all costs connected therewith, and for any damages which may be asserted, claimed or recovered against or from SCHOOL, its elected and appointed officials, employees, volunteers or others working on behalf of SCHOOL, by reason of personal injury, including bodily injury or death and/or property damage, including loss of use thereof, which arises out of or is in any way connected or associated with this contract.
