White Rabbit productions in association with Genesis Repertory will present a series of plays at the Kraine Theater in the East Village. On the same block as La Mama and The New York Theater Workshop, where RENT first began.

In that series of plays you’ll find Savannah Marie Elliott. Her folks – upon learning that both Savannah, and her sister Johni, wanted to be performers, literally packed everything up and moved from Georgia to New York… well, Brooklyn.

After finding a home, they found the M Center and enrolled both kids.

Within two weeks Savannah was auditioning for projects in Manhattan through the M.

Within the same two weeks she was cast.
